We often see other people’s success and compare it to the grind that we are going though, leaving us feeling inadequate. The iceberg theory (thank you Hemingway) tells us that we can only deal with what we can see. This goes for not just sport but life. You don’t tend to show the world your overtired tears, setbacks or doubts. I’ll be the first to admit that the last 2 months has been HARD. Yet, the podcast has met some incredible milestones, there’s been stretches of time where I couldn’t even work on it, and that’s okay.
